So many people do the same thing in the gym week in, week out simply because it’s safe. They go the gym knowing there will be people just like them, struggling to change. They jump on the treadmill where no one will bother them. Then they spend months wondering why they’re not seeing any results.
On the other hand, there are people who seek advice and coaching from day one. These are people who aren’t scared to admit they don’t know what to do. They’re also not scared to start from nothing and work their way up. These are also the people that get results.
If you’re really ready to change, step out of your comfort zone. Take yourself to somewhere that you can’t just blend in. Push yourself and I bet you’ll be a different person in 6 months time.
