One-to-four personal training is here and we’re ready to get you started with your very own fitness journey!
We understand that one-to-one personal training can be costly and to not for everyone. Our aim is to educate as many people as possible when it comes to fat loss, performance, health & nutrition. By bringing down some barriers and experimenting with new ideas we’ve created a unique service that meets the high standards of our private personal training but in a semi private setting. Note: each group is limited to just 4 spaces.
What are the benefits of TPP’s One-To-Four Training?
Pricing – fraction of the price of 1-to-1 personal training.
Community – become part of a community and enjoy your fitness journey with family/friends.
Personal – unlike other training facilities, our semi private training is limited to 4 participants per coach. This allows for a more unique, tailored service compared to that of a mainstream fitness class.
Coaching – assigned a TPP coach who will educate both inside and outside of sessions on all things nutrition & training.
The low down:
Train with us either THREE times per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday or TWO times per week: every Tuesday & Thursday.
We’ll teach you how to lift weights properly whilst adding our own little fitness twist.
Training will be tough but you’ll see your body changing shape quicker than you ever thought possible!
By jumping on board our group training program, you’re becoming part of a community. You’re no longer just going for workouts.

What does it cost?
We have two programs: The two session per week program and the three session per week program.
2x personal training sessions per week = £30 per week (paid monthly).
3x personal training sessions per week = £45 per week (paid monthly).
