You have a dentist appointment, you put it in your diary.
You have a doctors appointment, you put it in your diary.
You have a business meeting, you put it in your diary.
You need to train 4 days a week to reach your goal?……
You put it in your diary!
If you really want to make change, it needs to become a priority. It needs to become as important as any other meeting or appointment in your life.
