We could try and convince you to go #FullPP but it’s better coming from our members who have already done this and love their lives!
Six members explained some of the reasons they keep PP in their lives …
To feel stronger, fitter and happier
“I first came to PP on a 30 day trial over three years ago and since day one of that trial I have felt stronger, fitter, and happier. In fact I can’t imagine not training at PP.”

To lose weight and get leaner
“I signed up in May 2016 for a 30 day trial. I have a history of back problems mainly from being overweight for 20 + years and my posture was awful. I really wanted to do something as I was pushing the age barrier so I thought I’d give the trial a go.
And I have basically never left! It is so unlike any other gym. At PP I found having the semi private sessions and a trainer constantly teaching me, advising me and asking what my goals are is what I required.
Since joining PP I have lost six stone and seen a massive increase in strength, stamina, and fitness. My overall body transformation has been amazing and I just cannot imagine my life without PP now.
If you really want results, want to maintain those results, and want to enjoy going to the gym rather than it being a chore then you need to be a member of the PP family! If Carlsberg did gyms then PP would be their model as far I am concerned.”

To make friends and take on new challenges
“We had moved to Haywards Heath and I wanted to join a gym again. I did some research and signed up to PP for a month trial. The big difference here is that you have a trainer looking after you, telling you what to do and also pushing you to go heavier. Before I had just a training plan set up but it was easy to skip the gym on the way home.
I have been given lots of advice about nutrition and I can see the changes to my body – how I feel and how confident I am. PP also plays a big part in my social life. I take part in the social events – quiz nights, nights out and Tough Mudders. You get to know people more and more and you become friends.
I’m not planning to leave in the near future and would honestly recommend the gym to anyone.”

To kick start the day and put a smile on your face!
“The Performance Project has become a massive part of my life. It gives me the kick start I need in the morning to start my day or it gives me the pick me up I need at the end of the day. The buzz in sessions is always so positive and I always leave with a smile on my face!”

To feel your best for a special occasion
“Joining PP was one of the best decisions I made when moving to Haywards Heath. I originally joined six months before my wedding to get into shape. After seeing good results, enjoying my gym sessions and feeling strong and healthy I decided to carry on training at PP and have never looked back. Not only is it a great gym with knowledgeable PTs that help and motivate you, but you make great friends along the way. PP becomes a way of life and not a chore like other gyms.”

To live your best life outside the gym
“Initially, I joined PP to build some strength whilst keeping lean. For me, it was about gaining a bit of weight to get stronger. Thanks to the support of the coaches at PP, I have probably gained about a stone but I like to think this is mostly muscle mass. I have found my maintenance and now have the knowledge to go elsewhere and do my own thing but to be honest I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else.
PP is run differently to other gyms. You are treated as an individual rather than just another ‘client on the books’ and guided by knowledgeable coaches who push you to your limit, wherever that may be. I look forward to my sessions where the atmosphere is welcoming, supportive and full of positive energy. PP is my happy place.”
