*Is there nutrition guidance included?
Absolutely. Nutrition guidance with our head of nutrition is included to help you achieve your goals.
*What actually is small group personal training?
Small group personal training or SGPT is personal training in groups of up to four people. You will follow the same programme but your trainer is there to personalise the programme for your fitness and strength levels, ability, goals and preferences.
The trainer is there to keep you safe and make sure you get the absolute most out of every single session by teaching you correct technique and form, and adjusting you or the movements when necessary.
*What are the benefits of small group personal training?
SGPT offers many cost and community perks over training alone in a gym without guidance. It is a more cost-effective way to experience the benefits of working with a personal trainer whilst also increasing camaraderie and providing accountability, resulting in greater success.
Keeping the groups to four or less means that our trainers can build a connection with each individual whilst giving proper attention to each person's form and movement but allows the group a sense of community not experienced in 1:1 personal training.
Fitness and strength levels, goals, needs and any restrictions through injury are all taken into account in every session but you will achieve greater success by having fun and enjoying the process.
*What results will I get after 60 days?
The results you will see during the programme totally depend on your own individual goals but we guarantee you’ll feel fitter and stronger after 60 days.
If your goal is aesthetic and you follow our programme and nutrition guidance you will achieve changes to body composition after 60 days, and also have new habits and routines set up to continue going forward for the long term.

*I’ve got a holiday during the programme, can I pause it?
Yes, you can pause while you’re away on holiday and the extra days will be added onto the end of the programme.
*What times are the sessions?
Our small group personal training sessions run on the hour every hour from 6am until 8pm, Monday-Friday, and from 7am until 12pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. You can choose the times that suit you.
*How do I book my sessions?
After your introductory 1:1 personal training session you’ll be able to book 24 small group personal training sessions across the 60 days. To book a session you simply use our app - download it, then select the day and time that suits you and book in.
*I’m not fit, can I still sign up?
Yes, absolutely. You don’t need to be fit to start, you just need to start!
In your first 1:1 session a coach will evaluate your fitness level and movement capability and tailor things accordingly for you. This is also the time to discuss your own individual goals so we know exactly what you’d like to achieve.
*I need to lose weight in time for summer, can you help me?
Yes, we can help you. 60 days is enough time to start seeing some really great results if you stick with the programme and trust the process. It will also help you to build a foundation from which you can continue to achieve your goals after the programme has ended.
*What fitness classes do you have?
As part of the 60 day intensive programme we offer free group fitness classes to compliment your SGPT sessions. Our classes include CAPACITY, ENDURE, STAMINA, METCON and YOGA.
ENDURE - this class primarily uses cardio machines combined with body-weight movements, with scheduled work and rest periods. It aims to build endurance and aerobic capacity.
STAMINA - a higher intensity class that will test you both physically and mentally. It uses a combination of cardio machines, body-weight and weighted exercises to improve your ability to work at higher intensities for longer periods, as well as building resistance to fatigue.
CAPACITY - a circuit-style class of high-intensity exercise, using a combination of cardio machines, bodyweight and weighted exercises. It involves short high-power periods of work with scheduled rest periods built in. It aims to build anaerobic capacity and the ability to perform at higher intensities under higher levels of fatigue.
METCON - a high-intensity class that gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself physically and build mental resilience. Full-body focused, using a combination of dumbbells, cardio machines and bodyweight exercises, it aims to improve your ability to work at higher intensities for longer periods of time, as well as empowering you with confidence when faced with uncertainty.
YOGA - start your Sunday well with some gentle movement. Our yoga instructor will take you through various yoga postures along with conscious breathing to develop awareness, build strength, improve flexibility, and help with relaxation.
*Do you have parking at the gym?
Yes, we have dedicated parking spaces directly outside the gym.
Alternatively, you can park in Sainsburys car park, which is a 30 second drive away and a couple of minutes walk back to the gym (think about those steps!) - you can park there for free for two hours.
