Molly battled through the fear of re-injuring herself to lose 35lbs and gain a new lease of life. From feeling self-conscious to self-confident, Molly quickly turned things around after joining PP.
What made you start personal training?
I joined Performance Project in 2017, after I had badly broken my arm just above the elbow. I had gained a lot of weight during this time and after going back to my regular gym I was so worried about hurting my arm again that I just stuck to cardio classes, such as spin, and didn’t see any results.
