Long-standing member Shaun “BIG DOG” Cannell has been with us now for three and half years, with no sign of going anywhere just yet. When he joined back in May 2016 he was overweight and worried about the future. At the time he had a four year old son who he wanted to be able to run around and be active with but at 20 stone this was proving to be difficult.
