What made you join TPP?
I think I had reached that stage where I was tired of putting in a lot of time in the gym and not seeing results. Don’t get me wrong, my cardio fitness was ok but I couldn’t get my head around why I wasn’t seeing any changes in my appearance, weight loss, or strength. I thought I knew everything when it came to working out because I love sports, I have always played sports, I work in sport etc, so I just assumed I could teach myself and train myself. A friend of mine started training privately with Sam (TPP Senior Coach) and couldn’t stop talking about how amazing he was as a trainer and just how great the gym was, the environment they have, the members, and all the other coaches. So I just thought, “Well what harm could it do? I’m not making progress on my own, I’ve got nothing to lose” so I messaged Sam and the next thing I know, almost 2 years have gone by and I haven’t missed a session.

What results have you seen?
I have lost around 4 stone so far. I still want to achieve more in terms of weight, but I have also gained confidence in myself, confidence to use the weight section in a gym and know what I’m doing and why. I know what to do when it comes to nutrition and I now know how to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle; the bags of strength are a bonus too. For me, there is nothing better than feeling strong and fit. I have seen more results at TPP then I’ve seen throughout my life, made some great friends, learnt a lot about nutrition and health and I am excited about what’s next.
Why would you recommend TPP?
Because I can’t say a single negative about the place. It’s truly incredible what TPP have done for me, both physically and mentally. This gym is a real game changer.
