We are open six days a week from 6am until 9pm, so there is always a time to workout. Our easy-to-use app enables you to schedule your sessions in advance, at the best times for you.

We offer two personal training options – either one-to-one personal training or semi-private personal training.
Both of these options provide a tailored personal training programme with our team of expert trainers, plus bespoke nutritional advice to support your individual fitness goals.
We also offer intensive transformation packages.
One-To-One Personal Training
One-to-one coaching with Sussex’s leading personal trainers for maximum support, accountability and results.
Our one-to-one personal training membership packages offer exclusive personal training sessions with one of our expert trainers, plus bespoke nutritional advice.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Our semi-private personal training membership package offers the same high standards of bespoke personal training with our expert trainers but in small groups of up to four people.
You still get tailored coaching and bespoke nutritional advice but can enjoy the benefits of training in a small supportive group with other PP members. Our training sessions run on the hour every hour, from 6am until 9pm. Group sizes never exceed four people.
This unique service has quickly become our most popular membership option. How many times a week you train is up to you and our package prices reflect this.
Exclusive Transformation Package
A bespoke 12-16 week transformation package for those who are serious about achieving a result and are willing to work hard to achieve it in a short space of time.
Your dedicated coach will work with you one-to-one 3x per week whilst also taking care of all your nutrition needs.
