We also have a range of free classes available for our personal training clients. Below is our timetable.
SWEAT
Prepare to get sweaty. This is 30 minutes of high intensity, cardio training.
Yoga
Our brilliant in-house instructor, Ylva Alexandersson, ensures that you’re moving freely and more efficiently.
Boxing
Expect some technical pad work, footwork, and a whole lot of punching. This is an intense 60-minute class, taught by local boxing coach, Shaun Weller.
BoxFit
Get your gloves on, improve your boxing skills, and enjoy a great cardio workout. This is taught by our in-hour trainers and a great first step for those with no boxing or pad work experience.
