This is TPP’s own spin on high-intensity interval training. 30 minutes of pure cardio.
Our brilliant in-house instructor, Ylva Alexandersson, ensures that you’re moving freely and more efficiently.
Expect some technical pad work, footwork, and a whole lot of punching. This is an intense 60-minute class, taught by local boxing coach, Shaun Weller.
