When Stu joined PP he felt at an all-time low and was physically in bad shape. He wanted to lose weight and get in get in shape in order to protect his health and enjoy time with his kids. Not only has he achieved his target weight loss and more but Stu’s diet and attitude towards food in general has completely changed and he now feels healthy and mentally in a positive place.
Lose weight was the first objective, but also to know I was giving myself the best chance whilst I am still young, to be fit and healthy and have a longer happier life. I’ve never been fussed about having abs and getting big, for me it was to feel good and be healthy so I can enjoy time with my kids. I remember I said I wanted to lose a stone in 6 months because I’d never lost that amount of weight before. Once I’d passed that milestone relatively quickly, it was like, wow how much else can I lose?
I lost 2.5 stone in 4 months and kept it off. I weighed 15 stone and now sit comfortably between 12 stone 4 – 12 stone 6. My diet and attitude towards food has also completely changed and I feel healthy and mentally in a more positive place. I also feel that if I wanted to ramp up my training and cut calories for a special event, I have the knowledge to do that relatively easily.

Why would you recommend PP?
It’s quite simple – I genuinely believe a healthy body = a healthy mind. I have tried every gym on the planet and never stuck to it because it’s so hard when you live a busy life like mine to stay disciplined and motivated. With PP all you have to do is show up and they take care of the rest. You also get such amazing support on diet and exercise – it’s really a full education and you soon realise its actually quite simple. Everything you never thought you could change about your body starts to change, and with that so does your outlook on other things in your life you thought you could never change.
