For most people and certainly the majority of you guys and girls reading this post, the time you train really isn’t something you should ever worry about.
The people that often ask this question are always getting the more important things wrong.
Two things that are WAY more important than training times:
1) Training consistently.
Be consistent with the amount of times per week you train. Whether it’s 3, 4 or 5 times per week, you need to be in the gym week after week, month after month.
Worrying about what time to train? You haven’t been to the gym consistently for 3 months, let alone 3 years.
2) Sticking to your personal calorie target/goal. You need to be on top of the amount of food you’re consuming.
Whether your goal is to lose body fat or gain lean muscle, you need to ensure that your food intake compliments your desired outcome.
If you’re overeating and your goal is fat loss, do you honestly think the time that you train is relevant?
Get the basics right and you’ll soon realise that a lot of the other things you’re worrying about don’t actually matter too much.
